Nice and kindly staff very helpful. Room could be less noisy but... close to railway... Continental breakfast could be better with bacon (it wasn't), salami and cheese (little features), more choice of sausages(you are in the city named sausages... don't you?).

Rooms are small. They do not take care customers properly. House keeping is more than poor. Rooms were dirty when we arrived, they do not clean daily, they do not change the towels (never unless you tell them). Breakfast is not good enough. Lack of variety and options for breakfast.

Location is good as far as connection, but the "Gallus" neighborhood is not the best in Frankfurt! The hotel is clean, but even though it's a new hotel, wallpapers were already coming off! And there was no fridge or mini bar in the room. Overall considering the price I had a good experience.

Opp train station and tram stop, so great for transport to city centre ect, hotel is quiet dispite the railway station the staff very friendly and helpful for directions, supermarket 5min walk away for water ect, good value for money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
