        The staff seemed to lack proper training in handling credit card transactions as they had difficulty operating the card swipe machine. So we were forced to wait in the lobby until the manager arrived to resolve the issue. After the manager arrived we finally received a credit card receipt and to our dismay it only reflected one transaction. I immediately brought it to the manager's attention that we had tried to swipe our card twice due to initial difficulties with the front desk staff. But the front desk staff insisted that only one transaction had occurred. To our surprise, after checking our bank statement, it was clear that we had indeed been charged twice for the stay (we have sent messages via email and booking.com requesting a refund and have yet to receive a positive response). In addition, the room was very old and had a strong musty smell. The lamp next to the bed doesn't even have a light bulb.

        On a tiring evening after a long journey, my friend and I encountered an unacceptable situation while attempting to check in. The malfunction of your establishment's machine created utter chaos. Despite our repeated attempts to alert your staff about the possibility of a double swipe, the untrained employee insisted that only one transaction had occurred. However, upon subsequent investigation, it was evident that we were indeed charged twice. Despite our efforts to communicate and clarify this issue with your establishment, we were left deeply disappointed by the lack of proactive resolution. This has not only inconvenienced us but has also raised serious doubts about the quality of service provided. We sincerely hope that your establishment will take this matter seriously and promptly prioritize rectifying this erroneous double charge. We eagerly await your proactive response and an effective solution to resolve the inconvenience and distress caused by this incident.

        Unresponsive staff and poor service after stay. I was at the hotel during a work trip at the beginning of October I have been trying to get my invoice for weeks now, without any success. I have already sent emails, tried calling several times, and even though the person informed me that they would send me the invoice, I still haven't received it and I am therefore unable to request a reimbursement for my trip, which has impacted me financially.

        This is a well located budget hotel near the main railway station. Our room was clean, had a kettle and the bathroom had a shower and bath combo. The room is a decent size and definitely value for money.
