So, the location and rooms were nice the service on the other hand… For the price it is fine but if you need something reliable maybe choose something else. We waited more then 20 min for someone to come since no one was at the reception. We had to call multiple people and they were all confused did not seem too professional. Other then that it was fine tho.

The room is clean But hot as hell ( and it was winter without the heater) We heard the elevator moving the hole night And the second bed was making noise at every movement For family’s it is not a good spot And the only really positive was the location ( we had the room streetwise so we could not open the window at night )

the worst hotel ever, bad reception Servies and bad ventilation system the rooms temperature is 26 Celsie's and the beds not comfortable, and the roof is very high with open windows on the top without blinds from 5 morning you will wake up from the lights, I do not recommend this hotel wors experience ever.

Very noisy from the river. Doors are equipped with mechanism and ther is a noise from the corridor when the room door is closing. The rooms are very small and so close each other. Despite this the location is very good and the staff is kind.

Nice and cozy room overlooking the river. Value for money place for a short stay. Receptionist is also super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
