        Great location!! But just me mindful if you have a lot of bags. As there is only one small lift and you can only fit one large suitcase in it (So if you had more bags then have to make a few trips). Also as reception is not staffed 24/7 - they told me to email and would get a reply. Even when I found a staff member and asked not batteries we still didn’t receive.

        Be careful booking here; you may want to look elsewhere. I had a similar experience to others. Booked the wrong dates, immediately tried to cancel within minutes of the booking, and was told there would be no refunds. I could maybe understand if this was a few days away, but this is months away-- they would likely find another person to book without having to resort to shady and desperate tactics like this. And if they're gonna be shady about something like this, I definitely would not trust them as a hotel.

        An incident during the check in but finally we got the rooms we ordered. Connected rooms in a private area. The service from that moment and on was good, beds comfortable, perfect location, nice rooms and breakfast can be taken near the many places surround the hotel.

        Booked to stay here a while ago and only a few days before the booking they cancelled the reservation because of an “invalid credit card”. My card is not invalid, and they refused to take another card! This hotel is cancelling bookings on purpose and blaming it on credit cards! I strongly recommend you do not book with this hotel! Be very careful.

        Wish I’d googled before booking online (via booking.com where they are rated well). Like many here, they cancelled my room a few days before our trip leaving me with non-refundable flights and no option but to try and book something last minute which was a stress and annoying. They don’t answer the phone and I suspect they overbook rooms and then just cull people using the excuse of we couldn’t process your card. Booking.com should remove them from the platform IMO
