The wife and I have started to make this place our regular stay in Jan, we have stayed there 3 years straight! Never disappointed, service has been good, rooms could be a little nicer but overall could also be worse! The location is awesome easy to get to all the casinos right on the boardwalk and they have carmines which is a reason enough to stay on its own!

Rooms are just ok. But it goes with how much you want to spend on a room. Personal and I feel the service was better and the hotel rooms seems in better upkeep before Caesar's resorts took over ownership. Still a great place to spend your time in AC. Lots of good bars and night life. Lots of good places to eat as well. Location is great and right off the beach.

Visited 1/17 to 1/19/24. We were booked to stay in a havana room, we're told that we were moved due to their being no hot water. We were offered an ocean view suite for additional per night fee, we declined. Room was okay, stayed in North Tower. Needs updated a bit worn but had a great view. Loved playing slots, but slots didn't pay out at all. Karaoke was fun staff was great and did a great job handling a belligerent drunk patron and eventually had to call security. Great selection of things to do onsite. Short walk to Caesars and other boardwalk attractions. Parking confusing. Got a coupon for discount attendant didn't even look at it. Crumpled coupon and was rude.

The location is always good at Tropicana. The only thing I did not like is that the rooms need updating. Possibly the housekeeping can definitely improve but other than that it’s very close to local shops and stores you do have to pay for parking which other resorts give you a free parking voucher. Other than that come early for check-in because the lines are very long.

Loved the ambience there. Everything was just next to each other inside a big building so didn’t have to step out in the cold weather. The only draw back was we paid extra $$ for the view from our room but ended up having no view at all. When we opened the window all we could see was the next building.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
