Staying at Tropicana The Residences was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable, being in close proximity to the iconic KLCC twin towers and situated right behind the W Hotel. The breathtaking view from the gym and pool made workouts and relaxation truly memorable. The service was decent, although I found that you often needed to ask for things rather than having them proactively provided. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. One standout convenience was the availability of car parking, which proved to be incredibly handy. All in all, my time at Tropicana The Residences was enjoyable, largely thanks to its prime location and impressive amenities.

My stay at Tropicana was seamless and enjoyable. From the check in process, to the local tips shared by concierge. Requests were dealt with promptly, and the location is fantastic. Overall the apartment was clean, to a satisfactory level. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

The only thing pleasing about my stay here was the location being next to food and transportation. Other than that the room was not maintained at all with drawers and floors broken, trash that STUNK found in the kitchen showing that the place was not sweeped, not enough ammenities such as face towels and regular towels, air conditioning fans being noisy and unchecked and beds being uncomfortable clearly not upto the “luxury” standard that this establishment so claims. Checking in was also an extreme hassle.

Enjoy my stay here. Book 3 units: cozeestay, luxury suites, vale pine. The best is of course cozeestay, nice staff and very helpful. No deposit needed. For luxury suites they asked for Rm600 as deposit and we have to wait for almost 2 weeks for them to return the deposit 😔. Great view to see Twin tower so close but I got 1 room without it. Happy can walk to KLCC everynight. They have nice pool with nice view and W hotel next door also nice view.

The location was amazing. The best area to be. NZ Curry house, KLCC and hop on hop off tour bus right next to the building. Food, Shopping and Transport!!! Even more restaurants and shopping centres were nearby in walking distance. The room was so nice. Marble floors, quick water heaters, handy hairdryer and ironing station, sufficiently equipped amenities, AC was wonderful and everything was clean and high quality. The TV also had Netflix. Windows were a bit dirty but not enough to be annoying and not too much of a hindrance outside of taking photos (slightly visible in them) The view was superb. Had a view of the Merdekah and Meranah towers. Different rooms have a view of the twin towers instead but both are lovely 😍. The tallest building in the whole region outside the 4 towers so everything was super clear from my room on the 50th floor. Equipped gym and a swimming pool with windows that span from the tall ceilings to the floor, giving an amazing view of the twin towers that are very close by! The lobby was clean with vending machines for snacks and drinks available. (Can't use cash for the snacks vending machine but can do so for the drinks). The lifts can be a bit of a wait byt still reasonable. You can get your ears popped so be prepared haha. The lobby holds food that you order that you can later pick up which is nice. They also take in your luggage if you arrived early so you can go out to explore or grab a bite before coming back for your check in time 😁. Washing machine, coffee machine, dryer, oven, cups, plates and utensils were all available but no fridge and microwave 😭. I checked every drawer and cabinet but there really was no fridge and microwave which are really important tools for a good stay! The staff later claimed that there was a fridge but didn't show me any proof so I can't confirm. At night, the view becomes spectacular with all the lights beaming into the night sky and the towers all look amazingly stunning. The view of the mountains was also super wonderful. All in all, the place was a high quality living space with a convenient prime location in the heart of the attractions of the city. Despite the lack of a fridge and microwave, I would definitely come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
