My significant other and I wanted to have a nice staycation. Our problems first started when we got on the elevator. My significant other uses arm crutches to walk, the floor do the elevator was so slick from whatever they cleaned it with they slipped and fell. When we entered the room the bed was not made and the bathroom linens were in the middle of the bathroom floor. We also asked the young person at the front desk for a walk in shower. The room we were assigned did not have a walk in shower. We decided to leave because we were not going to stay in a room that clearly had not been cleaned. We told the young man at the front desk the condition of our room and he did apologize but that was about it. He also didn’t seem that concerned by significant other fell in the elevator. The young man did refund our money but that’s about as helpful as he was. Not sure I would go back to this hotel.

I always stay here when I'm in Georgia for overnight stays. It's reasonable, the rooms are nice, and the staff is friendly. It was Christmas eve and I was exhausted from my drive in but I always turn my sheets back to check the beds. I normally bring my own disinfectant spray and wipes but Rushing forgot them. Unfortunately this night I saw a few strands of hair on the sheets and a bug. Not a bed bug, so I chalked it up as an isolated incident. Other than that everything was ok. Enjoyed the breakfast. I will visit again.

This is probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was very helpful and they have a lot of amenities. There's a pool, pool table and workout room. The rooms are pretty standard for Tru, but very clean. Not even dust. The location is centrally located and there's plenty of places to eat nearby. Parking is $10/day

Great experience all around. Gym and pool were clean and accessible. Outdoor TV area is really nice. Breakfast was delicious....but the coffee was not very good. Probably just a fluke- it was waaaaay too dark and strong. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The curtains made the sun completely blackout- perfect for sleeping in.

Overall a good experience. Updated throughout. Semi-heated indoor pool, fitness room and lobby games available. Complimentary breakfast 7 days a week. If you plan on parking a car, they charge an additional $10 per day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
