        Clean, comfortable, modern rooms. Dish soap, sponge and coffee/tea supplied in the suite. Tap water tastes clean. The continental breakfast was superb 👌 The location is less desirable. There's a homless encampment at the public transit center on the next block. The door person says that you can't park in the front driveway in order to check in. You must park across the street in a paid lot while checking in, before you get your garage parking pass that is $30 a day.

        The staff was excellent, as is typical of my Hilton experiences. However, this particular stay fell short. I arrived late after a day of travel disruptions, hoping for a quick shower and some rest. Upon entering the room, a strong perfume or cologne scent lingered. The bathroom emitted a moldy smell, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The sheets appeared dirty with hair, the floors were sticky, and the walls seemed spilled on but not properly cleaned. The bathroom caulking was poorly done, and the overall quality disappointed. Despite this, I'll remain a loyal member but regretfully won't be returning to this specific Hilton. I cut my trip short by four days to book another hotel.

        Stayed here 3 days week Dec 11-13. I believe the young lady name was Bri the one with the boot on her foot. She greeted our party with a smile, as soon as we walked in the door, she acknowledged us she was very helpful. She was able to get one one of our parties checked in early she was so helpful. She explained breakfast times the bar times things to do in the surrounding area. She demonstrated phenomenal customer service. The hotel was clean our rooms were nice plenty of lighting and mirrors. Breakfast was very nice; to be Continental style. When we visit Fort Lauderdale again I will stay here despite the area looking sketchy. I’m glad we decided to stay because we were going to find another hotel after seeing all the homeless people in the area. This hotel is a hidden gem. Thanks again Shaybri for making our stay so pleasant…

        Staff very pleasant and polite. The stay was poor and I checked out after one day. The hotel was not clean. Bed sheets very wrinkled - floor sticky - a small amount of mould in the shower and worst of all hairs in the bathroom linen / multiple. I shook out each towel after I discovered this. Shower also leaked so water all over the floor. I fid not expect anything but simple but it’s just not clean. The hallways and elevators are just the same. Never again here or at this brand.

        I stayed with them on 9/15- 9/18/23I brought my mother there for vacation and time well needed. During our stay we met 3 ppl ( a guy, and a couple) in the pool area. We all went to the bar area, and proceeded to order. Myself and my mother had food( I ordered liquor from Uber Eats. We all sat at a table together just having friendly conversations amongst guest! Later my mother got a print out of the things we charged to our room, to keep up with what was spent, only to see we were charged for items that wasn't ours. I went to speak with front desk about the charges... I was informed it was from the bar manager and I would have to wait to speak with them at 12pm when they arrived. At 2pm I still wasn't contacted so my mother went back down to the front desk and was told the charges would be taken off! Later that night I ordered more food at the bar and tried to charge it to my room. My mother went to get the food only to be told she needed to pay, we couldn't charge anything else to our room. I went back down to the bar and paid with my debit card. Once it was time to check out I told the assistant front desk manager which I asked for a GM and thought I was talking to one , I expressed how my stay was and told them I was very unhappy about it, but wanted to let them know about it. Once I came back home I didn't think or question whether my money was even refunded for the items that wasn't ours that was charged to my room! Until I tried to book another reservation to go see my husband whom is living in another state at them moment! I couldn't book it using my employee discount ( oh yea I'm a front desk agent for Hilton). I asked my GM to look into only to find out my whole account was suspended because of lies. Now I'm being charged for not only the items that I brought to their attention, but $85 worth other items I know nothing about! My account is suspended until I pay this balance which isn't even mine! A employee lied and said to the bar manager they remembered checking me and "my family" in and we were all staying in my room which was not true! We did not know those people prior to us meeting them in the pool area on 9/16/23! They need to look at the cameras! Nor did anyone but myself and my mother go in or out of our room! I am very disappointed in Hilton and how this issue was handled I will never stay there again and will be reaching out to higher ups!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
