We only stayed in the Trullo for one night, but this was enough to make us fall in love with this magical place. All enriched by Paolo's hospitality, capable of empathizing with the customer, immersing you in the historicity of the place while making you feel at home. It's impossible not to notice the accuracy of the details, from the cleanliness to the small, very welcome gifts, not to mention the wonderful experience in the hydromassage tub carved into the rock; optional but in our opinion essential, an enchanting place that will remain in our hearts. We conclude by stating that reading reviews and looking at photos and videos will certainly be useful but living this experience is truly indescribable. We were welcomed by Giovanna and her father Paolo: courteous, available to solve any big or small problem, but also to help us organize our holiday down to the smallest detail with their advice as profound connoisseurs of the area; and viscerally nice! Then we enter the trullo... A spectacle: recently and masterfully renovated, equipped with every comfort. 3 TVs, washing machine and dishwasher, brand new crockery, air conditioning and even a modern underfloor heating system! Not to mention the mezzanine with a double bed right under the roof of the trullo. Excellent furnishings, perfect cleanliness and many objects of traditional rural society. Last but not least, the unexpected gem: a hydromassage tub created in the base of the trullo, enjoyed exclusively by our family with a lush savory aperitif. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the Itria Valley and want to live in a real, convenient and comfortable trullo a stone's throw from the center of Alberobello

Suggestive and enchanting location. Very well located, 5 minutes from the center on foot. Private parking much appreciated. The experience of the tub is truly unique and exciting, perhaps the cost for the time spent inside is a little above our expectations. Dinner with the whole family was a really nice experience, we would suggest a fixed price. The room is furnished in an impeccable and romantic way, the only slightly negative note is the humidity that forms at night if you turn off the air conditioning. Paolo is a truly magnetic host. Maria and her little ears really captivated us. Federica and Giovanna Ivana, really nice and friendly. In the end we can say that this experience has also taught us to carefully look at every single activity that the structure offers. Thank you, see you soon

A wonderful, dreamlike structure. With an exceptional staff, who welcome you like family making you feel as if you are in their own home. Paolo and Giovanna are unique, fantastic hospitality. It is wonderful to stay in your rooms, in comfort with high and brand new latest generation technology for dream relaxation. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
