If you love traveling with your dog this is the place to stay. I saw several dogs in many places around the hotel. (There is club dog advertised). The breakfast was very good (omelet) though the menu is limited. You can get an old fashioned breakfast if you want instead of tea or coffee. The room had a great view of the mountains and the new Sphere. The one bedroom suite is spacious with lots of natural light. The master bathroom is large and has a separate Jacuzzi tub, shower and toilet. The kitchen appliances are good, Sub-Zero, Wolf and Bosch. The few drawbacks were the toilet in master bath ran constantly. The second shower had a musty smell and the pull out bed's mattresses needed replacing. There also a spring missing so even sitting on the sofa in that area was uncomfortable. The carpet is worn- out and a few dips are noticable.

We booked 4 nights at the corner one bedroom unit, #2825 for Christmas trip. Everything were fine until the last day before we leave. No room service, we left the room in the morning, came back 7:40 pm, the room was dirty. Called house keeping, they said will send someone right away but no one shows up until 2 more phone calls and 45 min wait. Room service came without the items we asked. She was not in a good mood… she said, ok, trash, then took the trash and didn't plan to change our dirty towels. I asked why there was no room service, she said I can talk to “them” if I want. Gave her tip and asked her to cone back with towels. The maid said we were not the only room got skipped, they were short staffed. (Honestly, not my problem.) The house keeping and the front desk sounded irritated when I requested for the missing room service. Attaching photos of how it looks at 8pm tonight. I can NOT recommend this hotel based on how they handled this issue. PS. After one hour I am still waiting for paper cups and coffee…

Elegant. Employees were kind, helpful and professional. The room was large and tastefully furnished. The bathroom was incredible; walk-in shower, jetted bathtub, marble everywhere. Go to the casinos on the strip then go back to your room to enjoy the view, relax and unwind. Or the fabulous work out room (nothing's busted, everything works), get a massage, or swim in the pool. If you go to the DJT Lounge, try the bacon, tomato and avocado sandwich and salad. Delicious. As is the coffee.

Location is convenient close to the strip. Positives: Our room was clean and organized with AC and blackout curtains. Plenty of toiletries and housekeeping came on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay. Rooms are non smoking however valet area smells like cigarettes and weed. Room service was pickup only after 8pm, but the food was decent for the price. Negatives: Kitchen sink smelled like straight poop. We tried lemon slices in the garbage disposal and it still smelled (*note we did not try to have anyone clean the sink because we couldn't cook anyways due to no cooking supplies). No cooking or silverware anywhere in the corner suite. Towels fit petite people only (my toddler). Valet was slow to get our vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again for cheaper. We paid about $1,100 for 3 nights veterans weekend.

The rooms and quality of service were excellent. The valet parking attendants were very attentive and helped us unload our luggage and quickly check in at the front desk inside the hotel. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I would stay here again whenever I visit Vegas next. It is a top recommendation from me for a must stay when you visit the Vegas Strip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
