Couldn’t have asked for more - location, accommodations, food/drink, and service were all fantastic. The convenience and walkability to public transportation and fun neighborhoods is a big plus. Special thank you to Rio who was super helpful throughout the entire stay!

Stayed here for my honeymoon. Really amazing experience overall. Firstly, location is perfect, walking distance to so many great food options and sightseeing. Secondly, the staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Finally, the room itself was great as well. Just great overall vibe, good food, etc. Would 100% come back.

During the stay my wife and I always took a wonderful time including tasty breakfasts and cozy landscaping. All TRUNK people were very kind with sincerity, specially Ms. Rio Miyaoka. In addition, they gave unforgettable small gifts to celebrate our anniversary. ^^ I hope TRUNK will be the best hotel in TOKYO.

We loved this hotel with its striking architecture, sustainability practices, thoughtful touches in the rooms and cool bar and coffee station. The room was on the small side but the quality of the bedding the amenities etc more than made up for it. Sadly we didn't try the restaurants but they looked inviting. Best of all was the staff, so friendly and welcoming. A really good team. Thanks to Naira for helping us arrange our luggage in our last minute frenzy and taking the time to chat to us while we waited for the taxi.

Amazing design and wonderful service. Shower stream was strong. Delicious cocktails at bar yet I wouldn’t stay again or recommend booking. My room (201) was tiny and smelled of mold. 2 of My friend’s rooms (she had to move 3 rooms as hotel was almost fully booked) were expensive and more stuffy/moldy than mine. Her last room 205 was cute with balcony. A big part of the allure of the place for me was the promise of almost a cultural hub/social space but the really nice places in the hotel are for event guests and dj nights meant many locals working on their laptop while a short is playing some nice music. Breakfast was really nice but limited and basically repeated itself so didn’t have it more than twice. The hotel’s yakitori restaurant wasn’t good.
