I decided to stay a few more days than prebooked and asked if I could get a reduced price so they gave me a very generous discount. Location is ok, 5 min.s to beach. Bungalows nothing special but ok too. Breakfast isn't worth mentioning.

Not for me, NEVER come back here! Basic room with limited amenities, a ressort room but much worse than many cheaper hotel rooms I stayed on Phu Quoc, a small swimming pool. Booked as I thought it is easy to access the beach or the ressort has a own place at the beach, no, you need to walk to a public beach. Overall, nothing special as a ressort, not better than a normal hotel but worse. Very very limited breakfast: 1 choice only, the Vietnamese instant noodle soup, and coffee or tea if you request (so no self service so you have to ask, or maybe 1 drink only per person?), no milk no drink for kid (just iced tea then, for breakfast!), very old used and almost broken wopden chopsticks. So that is a breakfast included in the room rate (quite cheating to my opinion, when we left we saw another guest got an omelette with bread, but the hotel didn't explain us what we can have so all guests had that cheap instant noodle, some Western guests show a disappointed face and have difficulties eating that). Strange that so much "ressorts" here including very expensive ones, but they don't care to build a convenient road but only a land potholes pathway!

Horrible staff that are thieves. They stole My money (500 euro) and belongings. The person who stole it had to use the key as the Door and Windows wasnt destroyed. Dont stay here if u want your trip destroyed. No help even if they had cameras but they didn't help me and they didn't even wanted to look att the cameras because they knewed i would see the staff enter my room and steel. No help when i wanted to report to the police. The staff was good on English but when I told them about someone had been in our room, suddenly nobody could speak English any more, so rude. Stay att another hotel where they Care about their guests. They destroyed our vacation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
