This is definitely a great place to stay at. Rooms are spacious and clean. It's located in the main city area ,with all the amenities nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful. We tried the buffet and it was great. There are plenty options and with good taste to choose from. It is definitely a good place to stay at for work and pleasure realted travels.

Good hotel for affordable price. But don't expect a lot. Room is quite old, not very clean and fresh. There is cleaning every day. The bus stop is really close to the hotel, cafes and supermarkets as well. Pool and beds are nice,but there are just a few of them,so run for them really fast . Staff is very sweet and accomodative.

receptionists were very helpful accommodating us with our requests, room is clean enough, bed is large and wifi good. the major drawback for us was the constant loud noises at night from the bars located in the hotel. there are three clubs in the building on the first, second and 17 floor and event though we stayed on the 7th floor the bass could be felt and heard till 3AM + in the morning.

This place gets a -100/10 First of all the hotel stinks of odd chemical stench as soon as you walk into the lobby. The reception was decked with completely OTT Christmas decor, just horrible to experience every day. The rest of the hotel just stank of stale frying oil, especially our room. The furnishings in our room were tattered and outdated beyond time. The views were good but the inclusive breakfast was the most horrid rancid filth I have ever seen and tasted. Every item was just simply disgusting including the coffee which was clearly made from granulated coffee, what a joke! My family and I had to eat breakfast elsewhere even though we paid for it at the Tryp. We complained but did nothing about it. I cannot recommend this hotel at all, in fact I highly recommend anyone to stay clear of this utter hell hole. Not one person, guest nor staff were happy and one just knew why. It is a shame because this hotel has potential but sadly the owners have no business acumen.

The hotel is good but the facilities are extremely poor. The sitting area is not enough to accommodate people. I had a leg injury but still they made me stand for 20 minutes outside the buffet hall for breakfast. So, if you are travelling with older people think twice before coming here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
