I used to stay in this hotel for one month (room number 811). One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is so clean and luxury. The breakfast is very good as well. Gym is a little small but good enough with all the equipment. There is also a nice restaurant on the 1st floor. Service is very good.5 minutes walk distance to Dubai Internet city metro station. For sure I will come visit again.

Hotel is very basic but in a good location. Cleaning of the rooms wasn’t great as when we arrived the shower had marks on the wall which we easily cleaned off ourselves. Breakfast restaurant is very tatty and looks like they could do with some new tables and chairs and is also very busy no matter what time you go. If you’re looking for something quiet and relaxed then this hotel probably isn’t for you. Other than that the service was good and staff are always happy to help. They also offer good transport to local areas for free which is good

Best part about this place is humility. I noticed almost everyday on the breakfast place an old couple whose hands were shaking while holding plates - hotel staffs were genuinely polite and kind enough to hold get them everything they wanted despite they resisting. It was something I haven’t seen anywhere till now. It was a very nice gesture where staff go one step ahead and treat guest as guest. 5 stars for humility and kind behaviour of hotel staff.

An absolute experience of a great stay . A breathtaking view when I walked in.The location was excellent and the food was delicious. The room was perfect , clean and spacious The staffs were really helpful and friendly. Specially some cleaning staffs named DILUK SHAM and the supervisor GAFOOR were really attentive and eager to help . They were well trained and had a great manner. We were super delighted by their excellent service . Would definitely stay here again 🤎

I come to this hotel for the second time!! And I will come again and again! I am a teacher of English and bring my students to practise English in Dubai. So My guests are happy to be here. They wanna come back to the same hotel! ❤️ Best location! Supermarkets, metro. The best hotel. Concierge is always very polite, help with any situations. Especially Wondu and Naeem helped me a lot with any question I asked. We paid for the smaller room but they gave us a bigger one for free because I am the repeated guest here. Thank u very much!!! Jules is the boss of concierge is very smart and can help with any situation. Good food , clean rooms . Thank u very much! I advise to everybody to come to this hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
