Front desk staff were all friendly, and the free wi-fi worked perfectly which is always a good thing. The hotel though is very tired, the rooms are basic (mine had two very small single beds). The carpet was damp near the bathroom and had a nasty odour (and no I didn't report it, got there late on the first night and was only staying for a couple of days). Hot water ran out before I could get a decent bath.

The room for wheelchair users was very good. All the staff were super kind, especially Constantine who additionally helped me and my dad to be able to access the buffet every morning. In that regard, my only suggestion is to put a permanent ramp to the restaurant and make it accessible permanently.

I stayed there due to Frankfurter Buchmesse for five nights. The traffic was really convenient to Messe just one stop away by S-bahn and you get three bus lines to the city center. The area didn’t look great (but it’s no fault of the hotel), so I chose to have the breakfast included so I didn’t have to go out every morning to find breakfast. It’s not fancy but sufficient, much better than many other places. If people want really good food, they should book some where much more expensive. The lighting was bright as well, unlike the hotel room where it was not bright enough. The hotel room I stayed was not new, but clean and being maintained in decent condition. I strongly suggest to replace the old towels with holes though. A lot of people complained about the hotel having only one elevator, which is indeed a problem. Fortunately I stayed at the first floor, so I could walk when I didn’t need to bring big cases with me. Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. However ,on the day I left (October 21), I waited at the reception desk for a long while but couldn’t find any staff. Eventually I had to ask a customer there to get a taxi to the airport for me as I don’t speak German and I didn’t know how to get a local taxi. I wish that kind, short-haired, brunette German girl could see my comment and know how much I appreciate her help when no hotel staff was around.

The property is in a good location. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel doesn’t have king-size beds, only twins. A strange decision, anyway. There is no deep cleaning only soft cleaning. Not enough hot water, I had a bath but there were no conditions to use it. Breakfast is awful, not enough selection of food. Asked for croissants but it was always finished. Special thanks to the welcomed reception & only.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
