I loved the kind and professional approach from their staff. We booking through 3rd party and reception staff was kind enough to upgrade us to club rooms. The breakfast was superb. We could see almost everything from turkish delights. Room amenities are complete and I would suggest to keep prayer mat in all the rooms. Valet parking was best. Overall this property is recommended 👌 👍 ☺️

My recent stay at the hotel was exceptional! The hotel's contemporary design and comfortable rooms immediately impressed me. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a fantastic experience. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, and the rooftop bar provided stunning city views. Its convenient location, close to the airport and with easy access to public transportation, was a huge plus. TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Basin Ekspres surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a superb stay in Istanbul.

Hi! I would like to share my opinion. I was there for a short time. But I was left with wonderful impressions of this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and reasonably priced, which I wholeheartedly recommend. I personally loved the design. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay... I think the hallmark of the hotel is the cordial and hospitable staff. They were unfailingly friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which made my stay truly enjoyable. All in all, I highly recommend it! It is beautiful, clean and reasonably priced with friendly staff who genuinely care about your vacation. I had a wonderful time here and would love to return here in the future! =)

I had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel during a work trip. The location was convenient, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food. The breakfast spread, with a "Swedish table" concept, included fresh fruits, pastries, yogurt, along with hot options like eggs, pancakes, and sausages. This culinary experience added a delightful touch to my visit, making it even more memorable. Well done! I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Istanbul.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
