Firstly the management and staff are very friendly. I had a nice room on the 7th floor with a baclony and views, although it was winter so I didn't go outside much. The room was spacious and the bathroom even more so. This room 704 could use light over the desk and the bed. The staff was nice enough to bring me a lamp which I could use to read in bed but would have to move it to the desk to see what I am doing. The breakfast was literally superb. Lots of choices plus an omelet bar. And included! In the afternoon there is a coffee and tea service on a heated glass enclosed patio with sweets and sandwiches included! Lastly you couldn't pick a better location. I love Sisli because it is vibrant and has great shopping and restaurants. It is hustle bustle but the hotel is still quiet tucked on a side street.

By Turkish standards this was a good hotel in a safe vibrant neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby. Nothing stood out but nothing disappointed either. It has a modern vibe which is our preference. Popular with medical tourists. Rooms were clean and quiet but the wifi required constant login after each elevator ride. Annoying!

Despite the slightly compact size of the room, we were pleased to have a window that provided ample sunlight. The gym, while small, served its purpose adequately, although it could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The cleaning staff deserves recognition for their excellent work in maintaining both the rooms and public facilities. We had no issues with communication as the staff members were fluent in English and provided the necessary support whenever required. The hotel's location was ideal, with a nearby shopping mall that added to the convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional room service. The food menu offered a variety of options, and the taste surpassed our expectations while remaining reasonably priced. The staff members were not only kind but also supportive throughout our stay. Furthermore, the hotel provided a pleasant smoking area where guests could relax and enjoy the refreshing breeze. In conclusion, despite the room's size, we appreciated the presence of a window allowing natural light. The functional albeit compact gym could benefit from improved cleanliness. The diligent cleaning staff, fluent English-speaking staff members, perfect location near a shopping mall, delectable yet reasonably priced room service, and the provision of a nice smoking area contributed to an enjoyable and memorable stay.

the worst hotel ever stayed. A transfer we made reservation was delayed so that we had to wait for 50mins. Check-in took 20 mins. We were guided incorrect number of the hotel. We couldn't use wifi too. We don't recommend to use this hotel if you don't want to get stressed.

The room was very cramped and there was no room for luggage. There is no soundproofing in the rooms as we can hear the vacuum cleaner in the morning and the bells of the neighboring rooms. The service very quick we asked a blanket and they send it immediately to us. The location is good. Every thing nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
