Great budget guesthouse. Clean and cosy. About 10 minutes walk from the train station. 15 minutes if u are with heavy luggage. This guesthouse is among residential 4 storeys apartments blocks. The restaurants, shops and 24hours convenient store are along the main road, about 5 minutes walk away. There is no TV in the rooms, only the beds and a small table & chair. Its share toilet and bathroom. Overall, its considered a quiet guesthouse during my 4 days stay there. No noisy guest as most guest are all out after 11am and only comes back after 8pm.

We stayed here for 9 days. During our stay at the guesthouse we could find the typical tourists spot easily, Akihabara were just only 15min away by walking ! And you should follow the trains bridge to make your way to Akihabara. Asakusa wasnt so far away either,Tokyo Skytree were beside Asakusa as well. Sumida city was not far at all ! Only 20min away by walking ! Such rich history there ! The resptionist were awesome ! We could communicate ok with eachother. The room were clean and tidy, you sleep of course with curtains around you so you can have privacy while you sleep. If you travel lightly, it wont be a problem for you there as well. 6/5 !

Cheap place in tokyo, near from akihabara station (around 20 min walk, or using train only one stop from akiha, walk 3 min). A good place to stay after a day roaming around in akiha, and u also can get beautiful n stunning sumida river view at night (just walk around 200-300m from the guest house)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
