Best hotel I’ve stayed in japan after staying at 6 hotels so far. Great quiet location with lots of cute shops, close to nishiki market and 2 subway stations. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms and they were both very clean, very spacious, very aesthetic looking. I felt very safe in the area. The staff were kind to call a taxi for us at the end of the stay. 2 washer dryer on our floor was great. Never had issue with overcrowding in elevators or lobby. I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here recently as a family and loved it. Very smart industrial interior and fantastic helpful staff. The rooms were great and the location was fantastic.Its situated in a very cool laid back area, close to transport,shops,market, we couldn't have been happier with the stay. Highly recommended.

It is about 750m from Station so it is quite convenient. The hotel is very clean and neat. There are only 3 dishes for breakfast so it may make you bored abit when you stay here more than 3 nights. But the foods are great!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in 2019 and now in 2023 and will definitely come back if we return to Kyoto. It's super comfortable and quiet, the staff are lovely, and the café does great butter toast. There is a washing machine and dryer onsite that makes life a bit easier while travelling. The shower and bath are a massive highlight too ✌️

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we immediately liked the concept of this hotel. Very relaxed and comfortable. The bedroom is spacious, for us and our two children.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
