My wife and I loved this hotel during our visit to Tokyo. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very nice and clean. I would highly recommend reserving a room with a furo (traditional Japanese bath tub). Nothing was better than relaxing in the tub after walking 10 miles a day in Tokyo. The location of the hotel was perfect, no matter where you want to visit in Tokyo, the subway station located close by will get you there. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful. The local fish market and stalls are located very close by, which is fun to visit. Overall, my experience couldn't have been better.

Amazing hotel in Tokyo! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated, well equipped, and comfortable. I did not find the room too small at all, it was perfect and cozy. Make sure to book the private bath, it is very relaxing and well worth it. The juice and snacks in the lounge room after the bath is such a nice touch. This is a very quiet area so for nightlife you will need to take a transit or taxi to another area of Tokyo. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. This hotel is doing something very right, please keep it up! The only problem was I was sad to leave!

Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant. It’s within walking distance to the train station and convenient accessibility to a Daiso and Tax-Free supermarket (just opposite the hotel) … there is an amazing sushi restaurant just next to the Hotel which is a must-try 👍 the Furo tub in our room was a big plus for a good soak after a long day of walking 👍 and complimentary drinks in the fridge was a welcomed benefit 👍

One of the best hotels we've been. Last month was the 2nd time we were there. The staffs are super professional. We were greeted with politeness and complementary drink during arrival. The room is above average and you can watch on Netflix! The bathroom is elegant, different from other Japanese hotel where the toilet is just a small cubicle. Overall we're super impressed and would love to come back!

Very clean and very organized. It wasn’t hard to find the hotel either. Close to all of the places we wanted to go with was the fish market and Ginza area. People are nice even tho they aren’t fluent in English. It has nice spa kind of smell.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
