This Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The owner and his wife were amazing hosts and went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the Onsen Hot Spring which we found very relaxing. We spoke English and they spoke Japanese but we communicated through a translator app. It was raining for some of our stay so the owner offered to drop us to the places we wanted to go to. He also offered to arrange meals for us. There is a short walk up hill from the public transport to the Accommodation but if you made arrangements with the owner before you arrive, I'm sure he would pick you up with your bags. The public transport near by made it easy to get around to the local attractions.

I stayed there the other day! I took the reviews with a grain of salt because there were sometimes cherry blossoms, but it was a good inn just like the reviews said ( ᷇ᵕ ᷆ )◎ Thank you to the landlady and staff! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, I was able to spend my time satisfactorily, and I was able to make some good memories. Also, due to bad weather due to the typhoon, I had to cancel, so I was able to stay in a private room! The bath with natural hot spring water from Owakudani was very pleasant! Your skin will become smooth after just one bath☺️✨️ If you are wondering about a ryokan in Hakone, I recommend this one!

Unfortunately, the source is the hottest of all the hot springs I've ever been to. There are only a few meals, and there are a lot of green onion shabu-shabu for sale, so I get bored. The room was clean and had a nice view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
