Great location, well designed and equipped rooms, great service. Harold was very good with recommendations, Yaray (spell) was always extremely pleasant, and Andre very helpful. restaurant has interesting menu.

Had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful hotel for my Birthday on July, I can't find the words to describe my staying there , the place is beautiful, the rooms super clean , the neighborhood is gorgeous , the staff definitely world class, went out of their way to make my stay there so pleasant..thank you , thank you thank you

Well located hotel, with beautiful bar and good service. Beds are super comfy. I found the presentation of the snacks in the rooms misleading because the paid snacks sometimes offered in some quality establishments (chips, almonds…) are placed here next to the free coffee capsules. Beware of the bad surprise at checkout. Prices should be displayed clearly!

Wonderful location good hotel nice service however this time I was unhappy in the manner in which I was upgraded a room with an email sent to me stating in writing that the upgrade was complimentary only to find out in check out that there is an upgrade charge. When I showed them the email stating the upgrade was complimentary an email from their staff they said they acknowledge the email but charge anyway. So much for writing evidence. Saying sorry does not pay the bill. I expected better from such hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
