We stayed here for 3 days at the end of our group-trip. I had very high hopes for this resort as the pictures looked very promising and the location looked very good. But in reality it was not what i expected at all. This island is like a ghost-town and there was absolutely nothing to do in the area. I mean i like my rest but this was straight up creepy. Since there were no restaurants nearby we had to eat at the restaurant and let me just say it was very bad. The rooms were very big and nice tho. The pool was very nice but there was absolutely no shade wich made it very warm. The sea was also very hot so a nice and cool pool would be nice.

Amazing experience but the hotel feels like a ghost town gets creepy vibes in the night and we got the free room upgrades by the hotel staff. Please don’t choose this hotel if you’re vegetarian in eating habits because there is no restaurant nearby for veg food option. The hotel staff charges us too much for late check out within 2 hour time frame of check out. Hotel staff charged us 300,000 VND (INR 1,100). No staff speaks English need to take the help of Google translation.

It's a huge beautiful property with amazing views. The rooms are clean with not much population around. It's really peaceful for some time but starts bothering you after a while. The resort doesn't have room service and the only food they usually have is fried rice and fried sea food. There are no restaurants around except for some shacks which only open after 6 PM. The staff is really helpful and have managed the property well.

I like this quiet and beautiful place. Some steps to the beach. Some steps to Tuan Chau Park, and ferry. My room was comfortable. Safety. I can both sit on the shores and drink a little of beer, or say in my room's tiny terrace, listen music, reading, smoking, watching sunset.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
