We stayed 6 nights here and had a wonderful time, one of the best places we have stayed on our trip to Asia. Mr Ting the owner is delightful, he speaks very good English and will help you with anything you need. We had the large triple ground floor room which was perfect for us. Clean and spacious, excellent mattresses on the beds, a superb powerful multifunction shower, ceiling fan and Aircon. It also has a great little outside sitting area. The breakfast is excellent too, we had mixed fruit and yogurt everyday, with fresh squeezed orange juice and truly superb coffee. He fills the minibar every day with water, beer and soft drinks and only charges the same as the mini mart prices. And it's in a quiet area a 12 minute walk into the old town, so perfect. Stay, you'll have a lovely time!

So glad I booked this accommodation. I stayed 5 nights then another 2. It is clean and the rooms are large. Beds are comfy. The location is great. A nice stroll into Old Town. Bike ride (free bikes) or very cheap grab Scooter to An Bang Beach. The stand out are the wonderful hosts. Friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about them. I felted genuinely cared about. Nice feeling on a long holiday. We had a passport mix up with my friend who was at the airport when she realized. Within minutes they had a driver zoom to Danang to make the swap. Please look no further. This is a very nice place

My partner and I spent 7 nights here and absolutely loved it. It was one of the nicest, most comfortable stays we’ve had during our 6 months travelling SE Asia. The room was very clean, and spacious with a balcony. It also had a kettle, fridge and toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was honestly the best we’ve had on our whole trip. The location is great, lots of close restaurants and the daily fruit and veg markets. There’s also convenience stores close by. It’s not a far walk to the ancient town either. The location is also very quiet at nighttime. The family who run this place are exceptional, they were so friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The room was clean and cleaned everyday, The hosts are super welcoming people always ready to help, they propose very nice activities and have a free bycicle rental, you can also rent motorbike! The breakfast (3 usd) is very nice, and they also helped us to book a VIP bus that we could not find on any booking website ! I can only recommend!!! Thank you again for the time spend in your place !!

About 10-15 minutes away by walk from the Old Town. The area is quiet which helps to take a rest from the busy streets of Hoi An. The room was clean, with AC and private bathroom. We had hair dryer, wardrobe, hangers and a fridge. They let you rent a bike for free. The owner is very kind and friendly. They can arrange transportation for you at a fair price, we traveled to Hue in a sleeping bus. Would recommend!
