Given its price point everything was good until it started to receive booking from group of families with small kids which I believe not the property designed for. The vibes and cleanliness went downhill from there.

The rooms seems to be more friendly for low budget solo travellers.. The front office men are polite and responsive when you need something like water and towels (very clean and smells good), but they won't do the cleaning unless you're asking. The worst part is the phone and wifi connection can't reach the room very well

The room smells bad, leaks from the ac and reaches the floor. The wooden floor when I stepped on there is water from the connection gaps and definitely emits an unpleasant odor and makes the floor wet all to every area we step on. It is not worth giving to guests.

Just disappointed. Order hotel from trav*loka and my mistake that choose the room for 1 person and realized that when I wanna checked in. The only offer from this hotel is call the trav*loka and upgrade my room, but I couldn't get the trav*loka customer service. Mostly, other hotel offer to manual upgrade to 2 person/room, but, this hotel doesn't give me another choice. So, I have to find another hotel and my first order in this hotel is useless but I still have to pay for it. I give 3 stars because it's my mistake doesn't read carefully when tried to order, but, the hotel don't give another choice make me so disappointed.

3rd floor i think much better than 1st floor.. More cheaper, clean, and neat.. 4star for 3rd floor.. 2star for 1st floor even i pay more for 1st floor.. so overall 3stars.. its meet expectation.. There are some cats around lobby even 3rd floor..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
