The hotel is very nice. For a reasonable price we got a big room with a balcony. We had warm water in the shower and decent water pressure compared to other places in Mexico and air conditioning. All the staff were nice, especially Rene who helped us to our room and also helped answer all our questions about other things we wanted to do in the area. He was amazing! Over all great hotel and very good location, close to beach and the strip where it seems everything is happening at night (and we stayed on a Wednesday).

The hotel was placed in a good area but could hear the music all night:/Tukan has different location in the city and was disappointed when they sent me to this other area and not the original hotel. They gave us the wrong password, there were bedbugs which made me sleep uncomfortably. They did not clean the room everyday which was an inconvenience for us. Another main thing is the staff. Very rude and always having an attitude. The only good thing about the hotel is a worker named Rene Galvan. Very polite and sweet. That was the only good thing about the hotel.

The hotels location is great. Keep in mind since you are on the strip it will be a bit noisy. As soon as we got there we noticed the receptionist talking very rude to the bellman which in my opinion is not correct specially not in front of guest. Our bellman Rene was great 10/10! Rooms were clean but beds and pillows were very uncomfortable super hard. Pool and jacuzzi were very cold, we asked if jacuzzi could be warmed up but they said no. Overall hotels location was great and the room wasn’t so bad considering price but if they could do some changes on the beds and pillows that would upgrade the hotel by alot

Great place close to everything all thr restaurants and the strip and beach is a 10 min walk if that the staff was helpful and great the whole time. We stayed there. U have to walk across the way to the restaurant to eat and drink if u are all inclusive the bars nothing special its like sitting at a dennys the foods basic cafeteria style food it does the job but u get sick of it pretty quick basic chicken and pork style dishes . The gyms in another location across the street. But ya for convenience it was amazing to get the play del carmen experience.
