        The rooms are dirty, the staff is not aware of the room situation. Each and every person keeps telling a lie. It’s a horrible nightmare for us. I don’t think they clean the room after the guest checkout. The bed and blankets are not at all clean or dry cleaned from ages. As soon as you take the blanket you will start feeling itchiness on your body. You can feel the dirt in the air. Toilets are not cleaned. Staff is not ready to help in any manner. They just want to hide the fact.

Despite booking and paying for two separate rooms online, we were told upon arrival that only one room was available due to unavailability. The staff and manager displayed an unpleasant attitude, making us wait for 4.5 hours. Witnessing numerous complaints from other guests, including families with children, raised concerns about the overall management. We strongly advise against choosing this hotel, as we almost lost 1000 dirhams arranging for an alternative. Time and money are precious for everyone, so consider other options.

        Rooms are okay types, pretty old, services just forget about it as they don't have enough staff to serve. If you ask for something they might take hours and if you complain at the reception you might get a rude answer in return. Breakfast very limited 4 veg and 2 non veg option that too not that great as they don't have a restaurant internally. Location is good most of the things are at walking distance in bur dubai.

        Rooms are not clean at all we are here since last 5 days but we changed two rooms since now firstly hot water issue was there hotel staff took 4 days to solve it and now the cleanliness issue in rooms. If one staying long in this hotel they dont even change the bedsheet and pillow covers daily or within two days. The colour of pillow cover is white but it looks yellowish as they dont wash them or dont change them. Plz dont book stay here
