First impression….the room super neat! Look like newly renovated / remodeled…somehow smell of tobacco quite strong (shame on people who don’t have common sense)..location wise super near to lost world of tambun (3 minutes)…water pressure soo strong..barely feel any heat from water heater…but it’s a good one! You can always adjust the pressure as you like…the room not too insulated..can hear a lot of activity outside the room.. For the whole experience…it is better than I expected! Kudos owner and management team! Bravo!

the service very good.. is just a 1 star Hotel but the room very clean.. they also have hairdryer in side the hotel room.. and what is the best is iron place.. so easy to iron clothes .. and the hotel near by everything ...

The first room we got in was small. It was a room with queen sized bed but without any windows so it was quite suffocating. Then we were upgraded to a room with king sized bed. This room was a lot better with windows this time. Overall, the rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the hotel is very basic. No coffee making facilities in the room or hair dryer. We stayed there during the school holidays so it was a bit overpriced for such small and basic hotel. Location was excellent, next to Giant shopping mall, a short walk to Starbucks and the owner of the Tom Yam restaurant next door was very friendly.

The external of the hotel may looked old, but the interior was clean. Opted out for a non-window single bed room with attached bathroom. Though it was small, but happy with the facilities provided. Staff were friendly too. Due to a long holiday, most of the shops within the area were closed for business. The nearest fast food was KFC. There was a 24hrs Indian Muslim restaurant within the area. In fact, there were many restaurants available too. It was near the Tambun Hot Spring park. Overall, the price is affordable with the room you are paying.

very nice environment，very clean, staff very nice, still very new hotel, just less some stuff like toothbrush, toothpaste, and television sound poor, overall already very nice environment with this price range, good job!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
