Positive: It's a nice house with a good layout. It was generally clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. It was cleaned every 3 days and the pool was also cleaned regularly. There were no loungers by the pool but when we asked for them they provided them straight away. Negative: Unfortunately, the pool pump, the pump for the tap water and the air conditioning are very loud. You could hardly sit outside and relax because of the noise. In addition, the refrigerator was broken and only the freezer part got cold, but it didn't freeze either. We also ended up having to pay a very high electricity bill, even though we had no air conditioning on most of the time and little other light. We basically didn't use the kitchen at all. Nevertheless, over 5,000 THB accrued after 12 days. The Kwh is calculated here at 6 BTH. Seemed very high to us. Unfortunately, the outside areas behind the house, the living room and the bathrooms were not particularly well maintained. The water feature and lighting were all out of order and very battered. Unfortunately, we also lacked some comfort as there weren't really comfortable seats. Unfortunately there is no desk for working. Otherwise, the open bathrooms invite creepy crawlies to visit, which is normal for Asia. Although we missed a few things, it's a nice place to stay and, depending on your needs, you can easily spend a week or two here.

Stunning villa, with attention to the smallest details. The staff is available for any need. The change of towels, the cleaning of the house, the garden and the swimming pool were carried out impeccably. I highly recommend it to spend a holiday that meets your expectations. Congratulations to all the staff who take care of the well-being of those staying in this villa
