        After arriving at FCO, I decided to book a last minute hotel room where I can refresh myself after a loooong flight before heading to my family’s home. I called a few hotels and asked them if I would be able to do an early check-in and then check out by 5 PM at the latest. All of them said no except for Tune Homes B&B. Tune Homes told me as long as I will be checking out by 5 PM I can check in as early as 9:30 AM. Perfect! I bought my train tickets to Termini station and while I was on the way to the hotel, I received an email from them stating that they would not honor my special request after approving it over the phone. They clearly did this so that I would book the reservation and then have no way of getting a refund. I didn’t use the reservation and they are refusing to refund me my money. I had to get booking.com involved and of course they are no help as well. Will be disputing this charge with my bank :) Scamming and defrauding people is never okay!

        The photos are misleading!!! The room and the bathroom were dirty and they had definitely never been cleaned !!! When you opened the window you could see dirt from pigeons everywhere and it smelled !!! The room smelled of closure and dirt !!! There was no soap and the towels were torn !!! There was no hot water but no water to bathe !!! The staff is unacceptable !! The one who was at the reception stinks and every time we talked to him he was rude !!! When I told him that the room was dirty he said that he had cleaned it !!! NEVER CLEANED !!! They are FRAUD !!! AND THEY ARE TRYING TO MOCK AND STOLE MONEY !!!

        No aircon not even a window. Not recommended for summer stay. Staffs are most friendly but one didn’t even allow us to keep the door open. Location is excellent. No breakfast room. No tables in the room. We had to take our breakfast on our bed... imagine the mess.

        Staff is nice, but everything else is terribile: the location is unsafe, the place is old and stinky and not welcoming at all. Avoid especially if you are a woman alone or travelling with kids.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
