Room: Our room was too small. Was not even able to close the bathroom door completely. However, I liked the shower unit. Service: Friendly and helpful people at the reception. This is a simple hotel with no higher amenities such as a pool or a spa. Location: Quite good as it is close to the important spots.

Tune Hotel is a good hotel that you can stay and sleep comfortably and peacefully for couple and solo traveller. business or vacation. However, the price is very reasonable and no need deposits, the room and toilet is very clean also and also got a lift but dont expect much more to this hotel because is not a 4 stars and 5 stars hotel. The receptionists have patience and friendly and also very nice to talk with them occasionally and tell the problem about the room and they will fix it asap. I can say the parking is quite not enough space and inconvenience in holiday occasions for motorcycles and cars park. But the room I would recommend for my friends and family to stay. The room has no ammenities, only the basic but the towels is quite clean and mineral waters provide but no toothbrush and tooth paste provided. If you want to have a decent and clean and good environment and no need to worry where to stay because anytime the room is available even though is public holiday inn this is the place. But if you want more budget this is not the place for you. I would recommend the hostels but not low budget hotels at the bayan baru and bayan lepas areas or paya terubong areas.

Good Budget hotel with the price I paid. No frills hotel, without TV and fridge. I just need a clean room for the night. Good WiFi signal. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide temporary baggage holding after check out. Water dispenser at lobby is a plus for me.

Decent place to stay for sleeping! The hotel provides you clean room, basic needs for showering and toiletries. You just need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste because the hotel does not provide it. Since I and my wife travel light, the room is quite spacious for both of us. There is no TV (which I do not mind anyway) You can travel on foot to Island Hospital or Gleneagles for 30-40 minutes. Or you can take grab which only takes about 4 mins. It is quite affordable too (around RM. 7-10 per trip) There are a few eating places nearby hotel too. You just have to walk around 4-5 mins from the hotel.

I stayed 3 night here and I’m very happy. Although there no TV and very small room, but the room was very clean. Fast check in without deposit and the Malaysia tax already paid by agoda, you need to prepare another tax from local penang goverment depend on hotel stars. They have a lot of room and the location is near the bus stop. There are arround 3 mosque near hotel if you need go to mosque.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
