Room was really comfortable and shower was great! I was pleasantly surprised as the room was so cheap! Got in late to the airport and there was 24hr reception. A bit far from the terminal I flew into but I just booked the wrong place I think and it was still very easy to get to in a taxi. Thanks for the nice stay!

The room is quiet small, but okay for people who just transit for 1 day. First, we don’t know if they have shuttle bus facility from the airport to the hotel, then when we going back to the airport for the next day, we go there with shuttle bus. If you want to stay here make sure you check out the bus schedule. For all the services are nice.

Stayed here because of the cheaper price. Checking in is a breeze, hence a star for the service. Cons: Location is far from the terminal so take note! Disappointed with the rooms as the bed sheets are clearly not changed; upon checking in there are hairs (not mine) on the bed. The housekeeping even forgot to clear a mineral water bottle. I thought this was complimentary but it was already unsealed. Ants are crawling on the shelves. The room has basically no sound proofing, I can listen to conversations from next door.

The staff were nice. The room was nice and amazing power shower. Aircon powerful once it kicks in (it switches off when room key card removed so it'll be off when you're out of the room). But it is a crazy 20km from the airport by driving distance, not "near". Grabs are hard to find and not cheap due to the distance. The shuttle is reliable but the morning rush at 5am and 7am will be full if you did not book early, so much so that they put a permanent sticker saying full over the 7am slot. If they say it's full come down early anyway and chance it, they don't wait for latecomers (start queuing 10 mins minimum before scheduled departure) so if someone is late they don't wait, they let standbys on.

The place is okay for you to stay. The staff was also very nice and helpful. They do provide us the free shuttle making it easier to go back n forth to the airport. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
