Great location within walking distance from all of Liverpool’s attractions, bars and eateries. For under £40 a night you have to be realistic with what is on offer. Small university style rooms, clean and basic. No tea making facilities in the rooms. Also noisy guests - comes with the cheapness. Although a good cheap stay and recommended if on a budget.

Great place to stay, easy access to Albert Dock, tourist buses and Liverpool City Centre. Room was big, a hit cold and needed some extra plug sockets. But over all good value for money. Staff were great, helpful and friendly 👍

We wanted a cheap hotel near the Cavern Quarter and this one was ideally located. We were not bothered that there was no food facility, or even a kettle in the room because we were only there for one night, and just needed somewhere to sleep. The reception however does have coffee/tea facilities and with a Gregg's next door or needs were met adequately. If you need more then there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was relatively small, but was clean and had a good shower (no bath). So we were satisfied especially for it's location. A good cheap hotel for the one night we stayed. If you need more than a place to put your head down at night, or you need more facilities, or your staying for longer then maybe it might not be the place for you. Good for us.

This hotel is set over 2 parts. I was amazed when we stayed the other weekend just how big it was. The rooms are comfy. The staff are helpful and the prices are well worth the money 💰 the only slight downside is finding it. Its a small building in between a pub and Greggs it took a while to find it and think they should try to put direction signs out but I will definitely stay again and recommend for people to try it out

Very average three star hotel room wise, it does the job. very basic, rooms look a tad scruffy but wasn't unpleasant. Good location though in the middle of city. Would stay here again if I got the right price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
