        We loved this hotel! Perfect location right next to a metro station. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was superb- lots of variety, very fresh ingredients. Our room was large, exceptionally clean and had a nice view over the boulevard. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to all the staff.

        Nice hotel in the heart of the city center. Comfortable rooms. The only thing, as we arrived and departed there wasn't anyone to help us with the luggage. Other than that everything was good.

        I had an excellent time. The staff treated me very well and had fantastic communication with me for my trip. I absolutly loved the room. The location was excellent and within walking distance for sightseeing and the breakfast hit the spot. Would recommened to others and I plan to stay again.

        It’s a nice hotel but it is NOT a 5 star hotel. I expected a lot more from this hotel after looking at pics on the website and trip advisor 1) I booked 2 rooms as traveling with 14 and 11 year old daughters. From the day I booked the rooms, I asked to have connecting rooms or rooms on the same floor. Was told no problem, will accommodate BUT not once did they ever let me know ahead of time that the Avenida view rooms are not connecting and can not have both on the same floor 🤔 so downgraded one of the rooms so my girls could be on the opposite end of the same floor 😡 no refund or price adjustment offered 2) each room has bottled water. Well when I took the cap off, it was disgusting and crusty - see pics. I left the empty bottle in the bathroom. It was very very clear the cleaning lady just filled the bottle with tap water and put same cap and seal on bc when I opened the bottle, it was the same nasty cap!!! I took it down to the front desk and who ever was working was very nice, she had a look of disgust on her face when saw the cap…. We were offered free breakfast - we don’t care about hotel free breakfast - not worth it. Ate there once bc the girls wanted to check it out. No where near the other European hotel breakfasts 3) the rooms are small and dark. Clean? Sure. If you ignore the black mold in the shower and along grout lines. Towels are rough. No wash clothes. Just 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels I don’t want to be negative but way better options available. I will say the location was amazing. But so is Tivoli.

        Horrible experience! I am 1 million miler so I’ve seen lots of hotels and never have I seen such a lack of accountability as displayed by Bruno Lima and his staff at the Turim Boulevard hotel in Lisbon. I returned at 1 AM to find out that my room had not been cleaned. The front desk basically offered nothing as the Cleaning staff was gone. When I return at 5 PM the next day, I discovered that it still had not been cleaned. I inquire about why my room had not been cleaned the front desk agent with the poor attitude, informed me that the hotel head up until 7 PM to clean my room. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was no one on site. The front desk manager said she would call the housekeeping manager to come down and talk to me so she could tell me why my room and not been cleaned in two days excepting zero responsibility for the issue. The housekeeping manager comes down, clearly not prepared to be in front of a customer, and unable to speak English as you can imagine this conversation produced nothing. At this point in time, the front desk manager offered me a free breakfast, which was not satisfactory to me. I demanded to speak to Bruno Lima the hotel manager and was informed that the hotel couldn’t give me his number so that wouldn’t be possible so I suggested that they call him on a hotel phone. Which they did, and explain the situation to him in front of me in Portuguese. It became very clear that he was not going to talk to me directly. After the front desk manager close the call she informed me that Bruno Lima suggested that I take his email address and send him an email with my concerns. Which just confirms that management sets the tone of the organization, and the lack of accountability starts with him.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
