Rooms are clean although somewhat dated , old style box television seems to be from the 80s. Air conditioner controls can only be controlled by calling the reception desk, no bath plugs so could only access the shower . Hotel location not bad. The available underground parking is a plus , but exceptionally tight to navigate.

The price of the hotel is acceptable for Lisbon. The location is also quite solid, metro stations for two different lines are very close to the hotel. I would like to emphasize that everything in the hotel is very clean, both the public rooms and toilets in the public part of the hotel, as well as the rooms. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, and the hygiene is really without any complaints, 5/5. We didn't have breakfast included in the stay, so I couldn't say anything about that. However, despite the fact that the rooms are clean, I would complain about the obsolescence of certain things. The TV in our room was very old and small for a room of 35 square meters. Also, the safe in our room was not in use, i.e. the key to it was missing (it is not digital because time has overtaken it too). That's the only complaint, otherwise everything else is quite okay, especially the staff.

This place is absolutely ridiculous.. it’s beautiful BUT the people who work here are so bored they were calling us everyday to come pay a “city tax”.. we should have just stayed some where else after the 2nd night renewing our reservation because nowhere else does this nonsense, they all make us pay at checkout.. I’ve stayed at 40-50 hotels in the last 5 months and this one was on the top annoyance rating. We ended up here for 4 days and everyday they harassed us to come downstairs for €4!!! But they weren’t able to provide us any ice at the front desk because the bar was “closed” during the day.. they are so bored they will harass us but can’t get some ice for us from the bar right beside the front desk? The rooms are nice but regardless of having the do not disturb sign on the door the cleaning lady felt it was her right to come in to the room while we were resting in bed (not ok). They also didn’t provide any shower gel when we checked in, just shampoo and lotion. Also the wifi signal is horrible and slow. What can I say other than I was not well and needed somewhere to rest so I could deal with an eye infection and my friend got food poisoning which is why we didn’t move to another hotel, perhaps management needs to review the way things are run in this hotel, other than that the decor in the lobby and bar is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, beds and pillows mediocre. Can’t plug anything into the tv if you’re travelling with devices.

First time staying in Portugal Lisbon). The room was fine, with a double bed. But the air-conditioning is not working, staff instructed us to open the windows. The lightings are dimmed too, no brighter lights for reading.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
