Budget-friendly hotel. Great location. We felt comfortable asa entered the hotel lobby. The staffs were very friendly, and the room was spacious, nice, and clean. The only thing is that the corridor outside the room sometimes had a slight smell, but that was acceptable to me. Overall, this is a great hotel!"

Hotel overall is a lovely spot to stay in. The location was excellent, very easy to access. The receptionist staff were lovely, all with great English. The two male bar staff were not overly friendly, found them to be rude as if we were an inconvenience when we ordered something. The room was very spacious, and bed was comfortable. The lighting in the room was very dark if reading or anything like that. Breakfast was good for a continental, lots to choose from.

Nice hotel in good neighborhood. Room was comfortable and very clean too. Pillows are not comfortable and the room lighting is very dim..hard to see much in there after dark. Breakfast was good and lots of choices offered. Would recommend this hotel overall.

The hotel is actually not bad. The rooms are clean and modern and the prices are more than fair for what you get. What really got me here is the quality of service. No one looks like they want to be there or get the job done. Coffees take close to 15 minutes to make, pre-authorizations are done not correctly, no one talks to you or asks anything… abismal really for four stars. Carla, the receptionist was the only one who actually showed a glimpse of drive and passion. She’s the reason we gave 2 and not 1 star overall. Hospitality is about creating experiences, not just renting out rooms. Too bad this hotel doesn’t seem to have caught on to this trend.

The location is fantastic however I did encourage the following issues : Cleanliness in the shower area. Dark lines along the edges were visible and felt filthy. Corners of the wash basin was unclean too. The room was warm all the time that even it being 10 degrees outside, it felt extremely warm. The staff said there is nothing that could be done to keep it cool except turn it off or open the windows. At the lowest temperature in the thermostat, it still emits hot air. The reception staff didn’t know English so hung up on me twice when I had called and the phones were busy immediately after cutting me off for at least 15-20 minutes which I felt was extremely rude.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
