        This hotel has deplorable customer service. I had a sentimentally important necklace in my room and when I came back later in the day it as gone. Yes, I know I took a risk leaving it there however when I reported it missing the hotel implied I was lying. They then didn’t search my room or question anyone for over 24 hours. They then said they know their staff wouldn’t take it. The hotel staff and the corporate office made no effort to assist me and attacked my character. The necklace was made from jewelry my mom used to wear and my daughters have the same necklaces. I’m heartbroken and I’m disgusted that they showed no empathy and made no effort to help me at all NeverMind in a timely fashion. Our travel agent contacted them as well and they dismissed her. She is not sending clients to the hotel now. They let someone steal from a guest and took no accountability and didn’t attempt to find it, instead blaming me. It’s not about money, thus left a very bad taste and myself, all my family and friends will never stay in any hotel owned by this company and I encourage you to avoid staying here!

        New hotel in a great location in Porto. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and sights. Rooms are clean and a good size. There was a slight issue with an odd odour coming from the bathroom drains and tiny ants in the bathroom. The front seemed aware of the issue, but it wasn't a huge deal. Breakfast had lots of options abd all the staff were very helpful and friendly

        The actual hotel building, rooms and location are great but the breakfast and staff here SUCK! We were checked in an hour late (room wasn’t ready and not even a complementary drink as an apology) and the bar never opened on time, we gave feedback to staff and never received an apology. No free water in the rooms and they have the audacity to charge €4 for a small bottle or water of €5 for a large, no milk to go with tea or coffee, the breakfast was poor for the price (we ended up eating out). Overall a nice hotel with great potential if they improve the basics hotel services, focus on customers and improve the Just generally below standard for a 4* of this price. The

        The vertical garden area is amazing, perfect to relax at the end of the day. You almost forget you are in a city center, really calming and soothing. Great cocktails at the bar. Confortable bed and rooms. Friendly staff

        The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. But at checkin it wasn’t specified that on our group reservation that there was a room with 2 adults and 1 child and they were not accommodating at all!! They gave me a “king” bed for the 3 of us to sleep in, it was actually a twin bed. They had no extra bed or pillows. They managed and extra comforter for my kid to sleep on the FLOOR and we fixed it so my 3 yr old was happy. There was a jr suit available on booking. But they said it was not and that they were full. They also charged a 50 euro extra per day for an extra person to sleep in a double room which originally had 1 person on the reservation which we thought was a bit much. We only stayed because it was all paid for and non refundable

          Booking Policy

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
