Hotel is a great location for the price. Bar staff was rude and mixed info between reception and bar. Wouldn't put me off returning but definitely won't waste a euro in the bar.

BEWARE.. MOLD!! This room was tiny, the AC did not work and when we notified the staff, they told us it’s just not powerful (it was not blowing air at all…) we were sweating it was so warm ! Then the bathroom was filled with black mold that looks like it’s been there for weeks/months… was VERY off putting I didn’t even want to go in the bathroom. There’s also only 1 plug (by the door) and the wifi did not work at all. Not the standard I was expecting for the price…

Cracking hotel with brilliant staff. They were super friendly and accommodating for us all! Location is cracking for heading up the hill to the bar district or down onto the main streets. Shout out to Nicole!

It was nice location, it was close to the metro, restaurants and shopping. The room was nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place if you travelling to Lisbon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
