We stayed in the Turim Terreiro do Paço Hotel for three nights as a long weekend break. Right from check in (with Filip) service was fabulous. Everything was explained to us and if we wanted to visit anywhere we were given options and advice. The room was a good size, very clean and internally quiet. There was street noise from the trams sometimes though but the windows were all double glazed. It was great to have a kettle in the room so us Brits could have a cup of tea! I would have liked power sockets on both sides of the bed and also the option to use stairs other than as a fire escape, sometimes it's too much effort to wait for a lift and stairs are an environmentally friendly option. The breakfasts were very good with a large selection of both hot and cold dishes. Service at breakfast was excellent and attentive. The location of the hotel was fabulous, other than the Belem area we were able to walk to every attraction we wanted to see. There are also plenty of dining options within 5 minutes walk and the whole area is clean and well looked after. In short, great location and great service.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, and a great location would have given 5 star's if a bit more thought had gone into the room layout. Very small amount of hanging space with a shelf above that I couldn't reach, a very tiny cupboard next to the fridge. I was struggling to find anywhere in put my underwear. A nice glass top table in the corner that should have been a set of drawers. I ended up living out of my suitcase. It's the small things that can make all the difference

We stayed our final three nights in Lisbon at Turim. The best part of this hotel is it’s location - it’s in the heart of the capital and is nearby to all of the main sightseeing. The views from the bedroom windows are of the colourful charming streets of Lisbon and it’s very pretty. The check in staff were very lovely and helpful. However there were some parts of our stay which weren’t great: 1) The AC was below average, we had no fresh air or ventilation. Sleeping in the summer heat was extremely difficult and we couldn’t keep the windows open as we’d get the full noise from the main roads. 2) The room was incredibly small - we did ask for a bigger room (we flew a long haul flight to portugal and had a lot of suitcases but no space for them) - we were told we had the biggest room which was hard to believe. The room was also incredibly dusty. 3) We asked for more water and this wasn’t allowed - I expected more from a 4* hotel. It definitely felt overpriced for what the hotel was and offered - you’re only paying for the location.

We spent two nights in four rooms as a Family and IT was a fantastic stay. The Hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, the atmosphere was 4star like and their staff is excelent! Specially the reception was very carring, friendly and professional. They even managed a Happy end for our forgotten suitcase to our next location :) ! You have plenty of good to very good Restaurants and Brunchbars near by and the main square is just two Blocks away. We will be back for shure. Enjoy Lissabon

Loved my 3 night stay, loved my cozy and quiet room, wonderful/ helpful staff, nice breakfast, but this lobby very much needs seating for guests to wait for rides, group meet ups, etc. I suggest a long bench beneath the large mirror/plaquard wall. I am sitting on the floor while writing this review. There's only one chair in the entire lobby!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
