Didn't take pictures, but the room was EXACTLY as pictured. The room was clean, big, quiet and the location perfect; around 20 minute walk from the main street/place (which is perfect as it allows to pass nice spots along the way, and it's a safe walk back at night) The communication was smooth as they WhatsApp all the information for self check in beforehand and remain availabke via WhatsApp during the whole stay. Amazing value for the price.

First, I should mention the hotel's excellent location in the city. Then, I would like to talk about the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, which was outstanding. Additionally, the hotel's prompt response to online reservations was commendable. The room doesn’t have a refrigerator, and it also doesn’t have a closet. On the second day, cleaning was done, but the toilet liquid container was empty. The internet speed was very slow, and after each screen shutdown, you had to log in again. If you have an essential need for the internet, I wouldn't recommend choosing this hotel. You can see the mentioned items in the photos. Due to the wooden floors in the hallways and rooms, a significant amount of noise from people walking in the rooms and hallways can be heard, disrupting the peace of the night and morning. Additionally, due to the lack of acoustic insulation in the rooms, conversations and interactions from adjacent rooms can be heard as well.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were communicative in advance to my stay, and with extreme efficiency. Also accommodating, what made my check in super smooth. There is no hotel service but that allows you to privacy, a calm and relaxed atmosphere that can also give you the feeling of having your own apartment /room in Porto. Next to Trindade metro station and close to the reference spots in the city (walking distance). Would definitely send a friend there. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Think Porto and think San Francisco it's hilly and this hotel is a 30 min walk down to the river, or a 40min walk back up. That said there are plenty of electric scooter and bike options and the public transport is good and cheap and there is a stop right outside. The hotel is very secure and quite basic so don't expect luxury, the outside looks quite plain and when I saw it I was a little disappointed. That all changes when you step inside, the building is quite grand, by the way there is no lift, maybe I should have said that earlier.. Our room has high ceilings painted in white and pastel green, it is down as a double but it's two singles pushed together very light and airy, nice bathroom, no bath there is a thunder shower though perfect after a days exploring. I love it, my Sue loves it and if your on a budget, you will.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
