The hotel was booked for me on a trip for work, but I found the location and hospitality excellent. The room was very comfortable (though more lighting would be great) and there were a lot of good breakfast and room service options. My only complaint was that the wifi was a little bit slow but is understandable in an older building with multiple patrons.

The worst hotel I've ever seen in my entire life. At first we were given a room with a non-working hot-heating radiator. Then they changed the room in which the hot heating batteries were working, but it was still terribly cold and impossible to sleep. We had a child with us who fell ill due to the cold. In the morning the staff said that this was normal and that they did not consider the room cold. We immediately changed the hotel and left. Of course, they did not give us any refunds. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. This is not your typical chain hotel. As an American in Germany, I felt extremely comfortable with all of their arrangements. I highly recommend this place, please give them a shot!

We were given the room on the top floor , which was so cold to stay in( even tho the hitter was on but did not work properly ) , asked the manager to fix , which he could not . And later we were provided with another one , which had a better hitting . The nightmare started when we went to bed. Even-though the hitter was working on max , it was still soo cold, like you even could not used the bathroom. We were in bed with our cloth on , double blankets. Our child had a 3 layers of clothing. Early in the morning we were fed up with this , this is a hotel with 4 stars , mind you . And the experience was so horrible as we were sleeping outside . The manager came and said “oh its a normal temperature for germany, the room is not cold , at home we also sleep with our cloth on , like layers of cloth” he said. Its WINTER OUTSIDE, -5 degrees, and you want to feel worm when you come back home , not to put a layer of clothing on and and try to worm up. At the end we changed the hotel and left, and of course no refund. Do not recommend!!

Good value hotel in a nice neighbourhood. I had a quiet single room room on the 4th floor. I arrived early and my room was available so I was able to check in at 11 am.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
