We enjoyed staying here, especially the pool is lovely with a beautiful green garden surrounding it. Super central location but located in a quiet street. Interior is a little dated but actually charming. The breakfast could use a bit of variation throughout the week. Overall a great stay

The only perfect thing about this hotel is the location other than that its not value for the money they charge. In terms of a 4 star hotel its quite a disaster. Things are just there for namesake. The rooms are small and tiny the furniture and everything looks quite dirty and old. The floors are of wood which are so squeaky all the time making noise. The breakfast is okay nothing great but basics are available. The hotel needs to work on the overall 4 star hotel quality as the same seems to be lacking and it dosent seem very luxurious and comfortable for the price you pay. The toiletries are very bad and of bad quality they also dont provide dental kits also the cutlery in the room was dirty. The rooms smell of some weird chemical all the time.

Poor location, streets are so narrow that our driver left us in the main street and we had to walk carrying our luggages. No lift and we had to carry our luggages to second floor. rooms are very filthy and, tiny. No complimentary water. Its a complete disaster.

Such a charming, romantic place in Old Town. You’re right in the center of everything, but tucked away in a side street so you don’t hear any of the street noise. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated. It was a lovely stay!

Really dirty rooms. It smells very bad everywhere. There was trash in the room from previous tenants. The floors are probably never mopped. There are dead cockroaches in the hall everywhere. The staff is rude. The pool is unclean. The breakfast is bad. Supposed to be ready at 7:00 but at 7:30 there was still no coffee. Overall, the worst experience I ever had.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
