We stayed here for a long weekend when my husband was running the marathon. It’s a great location for that. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. The amenities were really nice, the Dyson hair dryer and the le labo shampoo etc. The only negatives were that the shower takes a long time to get hot and while it’s nice there were only 2 guest rooms on our floor, the wall between rooms was not well insulated and could hear the people next door talking / watching TV late at night. The business corner isn’t super ideal as it’s also used as luggage storage and with the classical music in the background it’s not really good for work calls. The cafe on the first floor has excellent coffee.

The hotel has a nice design feel with premium le labo products. Unfortunately there is a lot of wear and tear and/or it's not quite clean. Service is great, my room was quite cold and I called for another blanket to which one was brought up within 5 mins. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is above a busy street with eateries. The price was not justified unfortunately due to the lack of cleanliness

The wifi was very weak inside the room which is my only gripe. Otherwise it was great location with lots of restaurants nearby. And closest mrt is 5min away along with the airport express bus. I recommend taking a walk along Victoria park and along the ocean promenade which is close to the hotel. Great hotel overall and I would stay again.

Has very good location, near to mtr, buses and trams. Clean and very efficient house-keeping. The hotel uses good products for toiletries. Minus point: quite bad wifi connection. Sometimes can hear noises from other rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
