Tuyet’s Homestay is a little slice of paradise. We felt truly at peace here after a couple of hectic days in Hanoi. The hosts made us feel so welcome, cooking beautiful food, sharing tea and showing us round their oasis of a garden, full of wildlife and tropical fruits. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Great place to stay with the friendliest owner. Unfortunately, during our time here we came down with food poisoning (from eating at somewhere else in Tam Coc!). However, the owner was amazing, letting us stay in the room longer after checkout, making sure we had everything we needed in terms of food and medicine. As for the place, we stayed in the bungalow which was quiet, private and comfortable. Food was good, water, other drinks and snacks available cheaply and there were dogs and cats about too which was lovely. We loved Tiger in particular! The location is away from Tam Coc but in my eyes that makes it better, it's way more peaceful and away from the tourist traps.

Lovely homestay, a little bit out of the touristic area of Tam Coc, buy we loved this aspect, because we waked up every morning surrounded by trees and not with continuous honking from the streets. Lovely rooms, and good breakfast. The lady host is very kind, she gave us great recommendations about the place to visit in the area, and what is the best time to visit each of them. We arrived in Tam Coc at 4am with the night bus from Hue, and she organized for us a taxi from the bus station to the homestay, letting us check-in at 4.30am (we booked the night before our arrival to be able to do so). Great place where to spend a couple of nights in the area!

I really felt at peace in Tuyets Homestay! The hosts build this wonderful house all by themselves and you can really feel that they like to welcome people in their home. Jennifer even learned English just by picking up the language from guest. And she also helped me a lot with organisational stuff, thank you! :) Also it is quite, even though you are in 3 minutes on the villages main street. I prefer that village to Tam Coc, as it has a more chill and relaxing vibe. Of course the dogs and the cats are a welcome addition 🐶🐱🏞️

It was an amazing stay here with affordable price, rooms were so clean, ac works fine and the view was good too. The owner is friendly and so helpful she make a delicious food and coffee. Must stay there ♥️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
