The only reason y this gets a 3 star is the review. There are a few points to note about this hotel: - high floor views are great, good view - location was near harbour,good short walk - u won't get a keycard but a key, literally a key - lift is super super slow - don't expect the receptionist to understand what to do when wifi goes down. my wifi wasn't working for 2 hours before check out and they didnt do anything about it - reception was just unaware of how to deal with issues - phone could not call out to local numbers - room was super hot upon check in, took an hour to cool down the room

We stayed here for a week while our apartment was being prepared. We selected this hotel as the rooms are larger than most others in the area, and there are only two rooms per floor. Quirks include beds with wheels that move, as well as a bathtub in one room and a shower in the other on each floor. For longterm stayers, you can access the washer/dryer. Housekeeping was good, though they do not have room service. Anyway, there are many food options along the nearby Electric Road.

No way to book at their website. They want you to email your credit card details. Customer service is quick and friendly, I was able to get them to hold a room for me. Put me on the highest floor. Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke, they sent a maid to cover it up with air spray....she sprayed so much we had to go out to get food. Found the sheets were dirty and had them come change them, found an earring in the mattress later. Had to go buy a headphone cord to connect my phone to the old speaker system in the room. Great view but you have to deal with some issues that are basic for a 3 star hotel.

The room was great - spacious, clean, great views. The staff was nice. The problem is the location. It's really not next to anything interesting and you will need to take a taxi no matter where you want to go to

Would say the view is spectacular and the room is spacious as well. But the amenities are pretty simple and cleaning could be better. The location is a bit from from the city but can try out Noc in nearby

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
