Loved it. Comfortable clean rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing situation close to Vatican ( and Starbucks!). Lovely balcony too. Very good value

Room facilities are terrible, key room is often not working and always have to go reception to reset, room is small and showers space only fits a small person. Reception area is extremely small, couldn't accomodate more than 10 guests at a time, when asked for an iron at 900am, was told to come back at 10am because staff starts work at 10am. When given the iron board, it was broken, wouldn't stand properly. Lights went out due to short circuit. Dinner choices are boring, though complimentary breakfast is better. Unfriendly reception staff. Wouldn't recommend friends to stay

First time at Hotel Twenty One, and my mum and I both loved it. Lovely hotel, with helpful and kind staff, our room was just the right size and super clean. Breakfast was included, with plenty of sweet and savory options. The hotel is quite central and you can pretty much walk anywhere. There is a courtesy room that guests can use on arrival or prior to departure. Would definitely recommend it! ⭐️

I read other reviews and wonder if we stayed in the same hotel. The staff never said hello, were put out if asked a question, ignored guests while chatting to each other. The room was so dark that I used the light on my phone. The mattress was lumpy and we listened to tech music till late in the night since the air conditioning did not work. The only smiles/greeting we got was from the house keeping staff and the gentleman who made morning coffee at the buffet.

Stayed here in July. Very pleasant hotel and staff. Great location. Have very good Gluten free vegetarian food options for breakfast. Very close to shops and restaurants. Room was cleaned every day. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
