An ABnB in JB with parking facility. The only reason we decided to have one night here was that next door, within the same building there was an overnight car parking available. It was different from the normal parking area since it has a drop gate shutter at the entrance. To us it was safe and secure that we left our car here for 3 days. And left by bus service over to spore. Mind you, it was far cheaper to park in JB than in spore. It costed us only RM10 a day and night. The ABnB was well appointed with 2 twin beds and shower. We didn't use any WiFi here nor do we know there was a free WiFi to begin with. S poo went a cosy night here and left the next morning. The cost was RM 180 a night. We left and had our breakfast nearby kSLCity, which was a mall with bus service to our local immigration center., KSL city mall was filled with spore day trippers, which sells everything from toilet rolls to clothing's & etc. Here I found and bought a wallet for only rm79.

Stayed at an airbnb apartment here at Twin Galaxy Residences. The location is good and roughly 10 - 15mins walk to KSL City Mall. Lively nightlife just below the apartment with a decent mix of restuarants, cafes and bars. Security is decent, entry via access cards with 24/7 security guards. Facilities look good even though did not try any. Overall, will recommend Twin Galaxy if airbnb spaces are available.

Lousy place to stay. The apartment is so dirty. Reception area have a strong stench smell. Bedsheet have a blood stains. Shower head have some public hair and the toliet are very dirty. Inform the homestay and feedback but no response and action been taken. Honestly I will not stay at this apartment anymore !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
