They provide no heat, I come from a place that gets colder than this in the US but due to lack of NO climate control in the building, others and I got sick. I highly recommend looking for climate controlled placed. Also no battery backup or generator when load-shedding happens (load-shedding = local electricity provider shuts off power for a few hours to the entire area). The room was not as described in the pictures. The property is very secure and the staff and owner are responsive.

Very well positioned guesthouse, close to all needed amenities ,the beach and shopping malls. The place is modern and tastefully furnished and beds where you don't want to get up from. The sparkling pool although a bit cold for winter is definitely a draw card which is close to the big braai area. Place is very well priced for what one gets so most definitely a return customer

Not at all what was advertised, previous people debris still in toilet, dagga growing, this is supposed to be okay for a family?!, there is no private bathroom or bath as said to be shower is litterly in a cupboard door, area also dangerous, I lost R8000 and was not willing to stay there with my family. Not impressed seriously disgusted. And dont think the owner picks up his phone. Even though web says you can pay a cancelation fee or free refund it doesn't give it to you. You have to share a kitchen living room and toilet with other people if you decide to stay there. The good reviews you see on Google is done by the owner or his family members what a joke! BIG BIG NO GO!!!!
