        December 2023, we went there as a family. Beautiful location, close to everything… but not a safe place. Intense smell of humidity in the accommodation, it was really unpleasant. It is very cold because only auxiliary heating. There is a kitchenette but few household items for cooking. Plus, we have to go get the keys elsewhere. It’s not easy when we have to travel with our suitcases in the metro to pick up. Luckily we can leave them on the table when we leave.

        Dirty place, without heating (except a ridiculous bathroom heater) and with pieces of glass on the kitchen floor. The neighborhood is right in the center, which is convenient but it's scary at night. The shower is not functional, there is more water coming out of the pipe than the shower head and despite a request to Homing, nothing was done during our stay. The bedroom window does not close. In short, the place could be very nice if it was maintained properly.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
