Easily accessible and close to surround suburbs via tram or short taxi. Avoid taxis in peak hour, quicker to walk to close by destinations. Clean and modern decor and amenities. Very friendly front desk staff and cage downstairs available for charge back to your room. Check out the rooftop views, spectacular.

Travelling as a group of 6 in 2 apartments. Originally on 2 separate floors but very helpful staff moved as next door to each other. The pool area is awesome and view outstanding. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay again when next in Melbourne.

@tyrianapartments 📍Albert Park Tyrian are luxury serviced apartments with locations in Albert Park and Fitzroy. It features the most stunning a 16m heated rooftop pool, gym, sauna & spa, where guests can enjoy panoramic views overlooking the tree-lined Albert Park Lake and city skyline. Especially beautiful at night. ✨ My partner and I stayed here for my 30th birthday in October. I wanted to be in a great location, out of the CBD with great views and all the amenities. It ticked all of my boxes. It is just a short tram ride or Uber to nearby restaurants and attractions. There is free street parking nearby on the weekend. Downstairs you will find Mr Percival’s cafe, we didnt eat there but we did grab a coffee. It was bustling! ☕️ You can book Studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, we just went with the studio as it was a huge 42sqm and still featured separate living and sleeping areas. It was beautifully furnished and had a fully equipped kitchenette, a decent sized balcony, large wardrobes, two tvs, a laundry and bathroom stocked with Kevin Murphy products. The only thing I didn’t love was that the bedroom was right at the front door, which copped noise from the hallway. Highly recommended! You can usually grab a room for under $300. I think its great value, clean and just has it all. ⭐️ 4.5/5 💸 $$

Has such an enjoyable stay here back in May this year. Heading back to stay there again this weekend! Friendly and helpful staff. Top notch customer service and the room and amenities were fantastic. So comfortable and lots of privacy. 5 stars from me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
